This policy explains how Global Company collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes information when a service professional uses the Global Company Partner mobile app, website and related operational services.

1. Scope and who we are

Global Company operates a home-services marketplace connecting customers with approved service professionals. This policy applies to the Global Company Partner app, partner website, partner onboarding, job operations, payments and support. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Global Company, the developer named on the app-store listing.

The Partner app is intended for service professionals who apply to, or have been approved to, provide services through Global Company. It is not a public customer-booking app.

3. How we use information

  • receive and review partner applications and KYC;
  • create, authenticate, secure and support partner accounts;
  • match and assign suitable jobs based on service capability, service area, availability, location and operational rules;
  • coordinate job offers, travel, arrival, service delivery, completion, customer support and safety responses;
  • calculate earnings, taxes, commissions, credits, deductions, incentives, refunds and partner payouts;
  • provide schedules, goals, training, ranks, feedback and quality or compliance reviews;
  • send OTPs and operational communications through WhatsApp, push notifications, email or phone;
  • investigate complaints, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce platform terms and protect customers, partners and the public;
  • maintain, diagnose and improve the reliability and usability of the Partner app and related services; and
  • meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

4. How information is shared

We share only information reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Recipients may include:

  • Customers: partner name, profile, rating, service status, contact or arrival information needed to coordinate an accepted booking.
  • Global Company teams and authorised operators:information required for onboarding, job assignment, support, safety, finance, quality assurance and compliance.
  • Service providers: companies supporting cloud hosting, databases, file storage, maps, WhatsApp messaging, push notifications, analytics, security, customer support, identity verification and payment processing such as Razorpay.
  • Authorities and advisers: where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, transactions or the integrity of the platform.
  • Business transfers: if our business or assets are reorganised, financed, merged or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell partner personal information, and service providers may use information received from us only to provide the contracted service or meet legal obligations.

5. App permissions and device access

  • Location: used with permission for service-area checks, nearby job matching, navigation, arrival verification and safety or operational support. Background access is used only where enabled and needed for an active work flow.
  • Camera and photos: used only when you choose to capture or select KYC documents, profile media, job evidence or support attachments.
  • Notifications: used with permission for job offers, schedule, account, safety and payment updates.

You may refuse or withdraw optional permissions in device settings. Features that require a relevant permission may then be limited, but other features continue to work where possible.

6. Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including authenticated access, encrypted network connections, role-based access, restricted document access, monitoring and secure credential handling. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Our technology and service providers may process information in India or other countries where they operate. We require information to be handled for the purposes in this policy and subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the partner relationship, maintain job and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect safety, enforce agreements and comply with legal, tax and accounting duties. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

After deletion, information is deleted or de-identified unless limited records must be retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud, safety, security or dispute purposes. Retained records are restricted to those purposes, and backup copies expire through our normal secure rotation process.

8. Delete your partner account and associated data

Sign in to the Partner app or website, open Menu → Profile → Delete account, and confirm Request deletion. The request signs you out, suspends future job access and starts the account-deletion process.

If you cannot access your account, email zz@globalconsultant4u.com from or with the registered phone number and use “Partner account deletion request” as the subject. We may verify that the request is authorised. Never send an OTP, password or full payment credential.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and manage notification or location permissions. The Partner app provides profile, availability, financial, permission and account-deletion controls where available.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, data practices or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be published at this public URL with an updated effective date. Where required, we will also provide notice in the app or through an appropriate communication channel.
